"Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family."

"We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses ..

"I like booking at Etsu cause it's near to Jollibee and pharmacies. Also the ambiance is good, quiet, clean and the staff are friendly. In my recent stay, the TV's not working and wifi has bad reception, that's just the sad thing."

"Ottima posizione e anche vicino all'aeroporto. Ci siamo fermati nella suite esecutiva che è molto spaziosa e era molto pulita. Tuttavia per i soldi era piuttosto basso, nessuna attrezzatura come il caffè. C'è una cucina, ma nessun cucina, nessun tazze... anche la mattina hanno aperto la piscina dopo le nove, che è molto deludente perché volevamo una nuoto precoce.
Affitti d'acqua con buoni diapositivi, ma non posso raccomandare l'apartamento exec per il denaro e il valore fornito.
Il servizio era buono e il controllo dell'esperienza era infettivo."

"Love the quiet place old but well kept .. service is good on site restaurant is good . Would have expected more from amenities for standard room. Even the cheapest hotels i have used before provide basics like daily water ..For the price of their standard would have expected more. Room had sugar ants apparently attracted by my donuts previous visits were un eventful last visit was marginal"

"The hotel was easy to find, and the front desk staff was very nice. The lobby and eating area were clean and up to date. The Breakfast food was good and there was plenty of choices. The hotel is across the street from a Roberson mall which is great for shopping and dining choices."

UUtente ospiteLa camera è piccola ma si aspetta un hotel di bilancio. I letti sono confortevoli. L'acqua è fornita tramite un distributore sulla strada con un picchio fornito. La posizione dei distributori potrebbe essere stata migliorata, quindi non è necessario camminare lontano. Il personale di lobby è solo unico, quindi il check-in/check-out richiede un po' di tempo per completare. La colazione è servita nella stanza e sono imballati.

DDa Ppl’s Champ.Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low.
However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.

MMel122590Il posto è molto buono è quasi tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno solo le strutture non è davvero grande slipper dentro perché il pavimento è bagnato e ancora molto freddo la prima stanza che ci danno è stato il blocco della porta igienica è stato rotto ma cambiano il nostro spazio ma il pavimento è bagnato i Dunno se è per l'umidità o ciò che (ma non è dato slipper) ma sopra tutto è stata una grande esperienza in lì spero la prossima volta è buono.
